Commission for 68x5 - Blink

Another animated headshot! This time, the animation looks a lot smoother, since it's faster and not messed up with other complicated things like mouths moving or hair swishing (both of which I tried, but they looked awful, so I decided to make a good-looking simple animation rather than a shoddy complex one).
